Stretch and Flex – Increase Flexibility

Flexibility is one of the 5 components of fitness; however, it’s very often neglected in our busy lives. The result is tight sore muscles that are prone to injury. Taking the time to work through the muscles in a controlled manner can really help with greater range of motion, improve balance while building strength and stability.

Spin and Burn / Beginners Spinners

Have you ever wanted to try a spin class but not had the confidence to set up a bike or been worried that your fitness level is not quite up to it, then this is the class for you!!!!You will be taken through the class step by step with experienced instructors that will encourage you along the way. A fun way to get to grips with a spin bike, improving your cardiovascular fitness and strength.

HIIT

A high intensity workout to get the pulse racing with a challenging workout using functional training equipment such as, Battle Ropes agility ladder and type flips. This 45min workout will have you burning in excess of 400 calories. Don’t worry if you are a beginner all our classes are adaptable for all fitness levels. So come and give it a try and start to see the results fast.

Pilates / Strength and tone

Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will help you do everything better, “It strengthens and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.” The workout is suitable for all fitness levels as you will be guided through some of the fundamentals and move onto more challenging routines as you progress.

Pump it up / Lean Muscle Fast

If you are looking to build lean muscle and improve strength, then our pump it up class will help shape and tone. This is a fun and friendly class where experienced instructors will guide you through a full body workout using a selection of barbels and weights. Pump it up is a workout that can be adapted for complete beginners or the more experienced so come and try it out.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are aimed at those who are looking to unite their physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga is a great way of increasing strength and flexibility. Taking time out of your busy day to focus on breathing techniques will not only help relieve stress it also has the added benefit of improving mobility. Yoga has also been proven to help improve core strength which is fundamental for anyone looking to stay fit healthy and active.

Zumba

If you are looking for a class that’s lots of fun, that burns calories without you realising it & keeps the brain active, then Zumba is definitely for you!
It’s a dance based class that works the body from head to toe, requiring no previous dance experience whatsoever. Zumba is definitely the ‘feel good class’ that you walk away smiling from 😀  I look forward to dancing away an hour with you all!
